Shipping policy
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excludes weekends and holidays).
- We offer delivery anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently deliver outside of South Africa.
- We also offer delivery to Pudo Lockers. Find your nearest Pudo Locker here.
- Free local delivery is available for orders over R1000. We offer delivery to your door or to your preferred Pudo Locker location.
- For orders under R1000, we charge R135 for local delivery and R85 for Pudo Locker delivery. Standard delivery takes 3 - 5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
- We also offer Express Delivery at R215, which takes 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link for the delivery.
